The owner contacts, selects, contracts, schedules, and pays currently licensed CCB trades. Charter Point does not select, schedule, permit, purchase, perform, supervise, or inspect buildings for repair cost. Owner-side consulting only. $150 consulting visit (scope of advice hours only — not a building inspection or repair-cost estimate). Consulting $75/hour, two-hour minimum.
