What we collect: Only what you choose to send us — for example your name, email, phone, city, and message when you use our contact form, email, or call us. Our website host (Google Sites) may record standard technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and operation.

Why we use it: To answer your inquiry, provide and bill for services you request, and keep business records.

Sharing: We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (such as email, form, and payment providers) or when required by law.

Payments: Payments on the Arts page are processed by PayPal or Square under their own privacy policies; we do not store card numbers.

Third-party services: Embedded maps and forms are provided by Google and subject to Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Retention: We keep inquiry and client records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your choices: You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing shalla@charterpointglobal.org.

Children: This site is not directed to children under 13.
